Please inspect your product carefully upon receipt. As we strive to securely package all items for a safe arrival, we still cannot control what happens to the product shipment once it leaves our facility. Please inspect your product carefully immediately upon receipt and inform us, in writing, within 7 days of delivery of any shipping damage so we can assist.
Instrument Sales/Returns
We guarantee playability of all music instruments unless otherwise noted, and document the playability of the instrument prior to the sale. If, for any reason, you feel the instrument is unplayable for any reason other than shipment damage, Second Wind Music may offer to repair free of charge at our discretion.
Please note: Playability is guaranteed at the time of shipment. If the instrument has been altered, damaged, or shows any signs of use/wear-and-tear, we may not offer to repair free of charge. This includes damage due to shipping/delivery handling.
We do not offer a return/refund process for an instrument that matches its description and photos.
Non-Instrument Purchases
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please inform us, in writing, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include the product(s) not meeting expectations, along with a receipt/proof of purchase, and reason for returning.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
While this applies to any supplies or small parts purchased, as mentioned above, we do not accept returns for instruments that are sold as described.
If more than 30 days have passed since the sale of the product, we are not able to accept a return/refund request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
